Casa Playa MX sits right on the water — no road between you and the Sea of Cortez, just sand and the sound of waves. The house was designed to get out of the way and let the ocean do the talking. Clean lines, whitewashed walls, and wide-open windows that frame the water from every room.
The Living Room
Open-plan and airy, the main living area opens fully to the terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the ocean side means the Sea of Cortez is always in the room with you.
The Kitchen
A full modern kitchen with everything you need for long lazy meals. Big enough for the whole family to cook together, with a pass-through window to the terrace for easy outdoor dining.
The Master Suite
The top-floor master suite wakes up to the ocean. White linen, a private balcony, and a bathroom with an open-air shower that makes every morning feel like a spa day.
The Terrace
The heart of the house. Shaded lounge areas, an outdoor dining table for ten, and a direct staircase down to the sand. Sunsets here are non-negotiable.

A secret level. The rooftop deck has 360-degree views — the Sea of Cortez in front, the Sonoran Desert behind. Best spot in the house for sunrise coffee or late-night stargazing.
